Annie is a very sweet cat with a great temperament. Annie would definitely get along in a house with at least 1 or 2 other cats for company but, we think she would also be fine as an only cat. She needs some time to adjust to a new situation but that is certainly understandable. Once she is comfortable she is very playful, and talkative. Annie is a regular chatterbox and purrs very loudly when she is rubbing on you! She also lets you know when she is hungry. We think she may not be able to hear well as she does not respond to loud noises (including loudly barking dogs). Annie is definitely a kitty who loves to be pet. She seems to love the boys in our house (specifically my husband and my son). In fact, she lets them pick her up and sits on their laps, and sleeps on my son's bed. She has been known to hop on hubby's lap for a visit or a nap in the sunshine. Annie pays no attention or care to the large dogs we have, even when they are interested in her. She isn't afraid of them and isn't fearful of their size. Frankly, she could not care less about them. We have active dogs who tend to wrestle in the house a lot and she doesn't seem to mind them at all. She has been joyful every moment. She loves to chase balls, and does well at entertaining herself with toys, chasing fleece wands, and the laser light. After observing her, I would say she came from a loving home - she does great with the kids, the volume of kids, and the attention level. She just wants to be loved. This beautiful cat has a wonderful life ahead of her with the right family! Annie is up to date on her vaccines. She tested negative for feline Leukemia and FIV and she is spayed.
